Our Programs

Through our different community outreach programs and working in partnership to strengthen the music sector, we will ensure that all genres and all facets of the California music industry will continue to play an important role in the lives of all.

Concerts 4 Hope will provide concert tickets and musical instruments for veterans and first responders.

CMHOF Music Scholarship will grant a $500 scholarship to a 12th grade High School student who has shown an interest in pursuing a career in the music industry.

California Sound Vocal Group is an all-volunteer vocal ensemble that performs cover songs from California artists.  The California Sound vocal group will perform (either live or virtually) at our Induction Ceremony and at different functions throughout California.  We encourage you to volunteer for this fantastic group.

Music 4 Seniors: we will bring music of all genres into California assisted living, retirement communities, and memory care facilities with healing sounds and a bit of nostalgia for those who cannot get out as much as they did in years gone by.

Artist Spotlight features up-and-coming music artists.

Young Women In Music is a program specially designed to open doors for young women to explore careers in the Music Industry.  CMHOF will provide a safe and welcoming space for young women musicians to be able to pursue their passion for music and to immerse themselves in the competitive world of the Music Industry.  By holding panel discussions, master classes, concert trips, and venue/studio tours, members of this program will experience special and inclusive opportunities that will subsequently further their understanding of how to navigate the music industry as a female.

Beyond The Mic are in-depth behind-the-scene interviews with music professionals.

Music 4 Autism Awareness will provide musical instruments for autistic teenagers along with advocating for more Sensory-Friendly concerts.  We will stand tall at the forefront of the battle to remove barriers and increase high-quality and equal access to music for autistic teens.  We believe that autistic teenagers regardless of ability, social or economic status deserve the opportunity to experience the magic that music has to offer.
